Park Avenue is a master-planned community of five residential mid- and high-rise condominium buildings built to international standards, providing an amenity-filled neighborhood adjacent to central Beijing?s Chao Yang Park, the city's largest and most popular recreation area. The rooms of this serviced apartment face the park and the central courtyard. Everything, including the building, is 2 years old.
Fully furnished 3 bed/2 bath, with all hardwood floors, separate dining room, living room, balcony, 3 TVs, Satelite TV with numerouse international stations (CNN,HBO,BBC,CNBC,CINEMAX,ESPN etc...)2 DVD players, ADSL internet wireless,printer/fax machine,full kitchen, and toiletries. A baby crib is also available in this self catering apartment. Housekeeping service and limited car/driver available, but the car is limited as there will be an odd/even system during the Olympics to keep half the cars off the road at any one time and many places will have restricted access during the Olympics.

There is 3-bedroom with a queen size bed in each room. Sleeps 9 persons.
Zone Description:
This vacation accommodation is located upper east 4th ring road, close to subway line 10 which can connect directly to the Olympic village, about 15 minutes away. It is continent to go anywhere in Beijing within no more than 25 minutes from this central location. Bars, restuarants, shopping and Olympic Venues are all within easy access. San Li Tun Bar street is 10 minutes down the street.
